Laurel Fetzer
Laurel graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sports Science and a Master’s Degree in Nutrition. She is a Registered Dietitian h a license in the State of Utah. Laurel is a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner through the Institute for Functional Medicine since Nov. 2017. Laurel finished her Culinary Certification through the Park City Culinary Institute in December 2019.
Laurel is a wife and a mother of 4 kids- 3 boys and 1 girl. We currently have 2 dogs- a ten-year-old mini-Doberman pincher chihuahua mix and a two-year-old German shepherd. We are out walking or hiking or running most days a week and adding strength training to those four days per week. We used to have fourteen chickens, but our German shepherd kept killing them, so we gave away the last 8 chicken and are working on new backyard projects to be able to bring new ones back!
Laurel spends part of her time consulting with individuals on their health issues (and much of her other time cooking and dealing with her family). She helps educate clients on their health and biology and helps them become their own health advocate! Laurel loves to help people love to cook and make delicious and nutrition foods.
